A good risk assessment should take in to account absolutely every possible scenario and outcome. Thus when taking a party of cadets out for a spot of canoeing, one should have catered for the risk of Tsunami, sharks, Portuguese Men o' War, surfacing submarines and ditching aircraft.
Remember, when that burning airliner smashes in to a school-full of mongs, it's no accident. It's someone's fault. Make sure it isn't you. Do your Risk Assessment and stay safe. You might wish to consider staying in bed, but this too has it's risks. Life eh?
