Dauphin HU1
Aerospatiale SA365N2 Dauphin II to be precise. A French-manufactured utility helicopter two of which are used by the Royal Navy for a variety of tasks such as CASEVAC, communications, radar calibration, SAR, personnel & VIP transport and aircraft handling training.
Originally leased and operated by a civilain company, the aircraft are now owned by the MoD and flown by RN aircrew.
This is probably the loudest helicopter in the UK inventory other than the Chinook. It can be heard for miles until it passes overhead, whereupon it comes over all gay and sounds like a Gazelle.
