The AH-64 Apache saw total success in the first Persian Gulf War, able to attack Iraqi AFV's with near-impunity. Night Vision, FLIR and TV cameras all contributed in the magnificent killing capabilities of the system in that conflict.
The British utilize a form of the Apache in the WAH-64D that are produced by the British firm of AgustaWestland. Other export customers have fielded the D model and include Israel, South Korea and Saudi Arabia.
