"You're a poo-poo head!"..."No, you're a poo-poo head" - Sticky for handbag swinging

Don't worry GM,
He invents things/has no concept of the value of another person's perception /is rude and punchable with a fist magnet face....

Classic Aspie
Your violent reaction to some pretty good advice would perhaps indicate why you ended up in the nick being questioned as a suspected kiddy fiddler.

If that is how you react to run of the mill situations you need to keep a lawyer's number on speed dial.

And you got a pat on the head for being a good boy from the nice policeman who thought "if only all suspected nonces would be so cooperative, it would make our job so much easier".

Mate, you were interviewed under caution by two cops for an extremely serious offence, you were in a pile of stinking do-doo and were too obtuse to realise it.

For future reference have a brief look at this video explaining the nature of the "friendly chat" you had in the nick.

Hey, it's only professional advice from a firm of lawyers specialising in criminal law, why listen to what they have to say? Better take advice from a cop on the internet.

Takeaway quote if you can't be bothered to watch it "what the police may call a 'caution plus 3 is exactly the same as an interview after you have been arrested".

Friendly chat, my arrse.

er, Hello, i wasn't cautioned and no where did i say in a previous post that I was , and it was about alleged assault not noncing ( why are you so obsessed with the underage sex aspect of it?) ....

See, you're doing that Aspie thing again aint ain't 'cha.

Meh.

Int Cell gentlemen. Not the NAAFI.

Nato... You can't give some aggressive speech about not giving a f**k about a police case if you're innocent, then start calling peoole "Aspie c**ts" and "f**King knobends" on here because they have a different opinion to you.

er, he has spun this so as to keep mentioning Paedo/sexual assault, i like to think that by robustly reminding him that it wasn't, i'm kindly edumacating him.

His word s and opinions, written at 3am - ish, totally ignores all the info, makes up things that didn't happen , so it's fine to just let him spiel on with his completely wrong assumptions and fantasy?

His behavior does show classic Asperger's reasoning, I'm pointing that out.

However, point taken. I'll let my peers decide/comment if they wish.

No more from me about it.....i'll take it, that he'll get given the same hint?

I don't care about the accuracy of the content.

The Int Cell is not the place to turn every thread into an Internet hard man cunt off.

I've given enough warnings about it.

Whooooaahhhh hang on a goddamned minute.

I've run out of popcorn!
No popcorn required.

I'm just keeping the Int Cell clean of all the tiresome personal spats that have manifested themselves over the years. Hence I move posts to the Hole these days, where they belong.

Obviously if people fail to see that and want to be an ARRSE about it, then I'm happy to crank it up a notch and give them a break from the site, but so far that's not been needed.

Sweden has some interesting sweets.

Just a quick comment on some previous discussion up thread.

There are a great many people who get roped into police enquiries through no fault or little fault of their own due to:

1] Malicious complaint.
2] Misidentification.
3] Wanting to take blame off another person, sometimes complicit with the Constable who knows what is happening but allows it to run to wipe a crime off his work list or out of a false sympathy for the family.
4] Due to misinterpretation of the law with no malicious intent, particularly with firearms legislation.

Many of these people feel that, having done no wrong, or believing themselves to have done no wrong, they should not be represented by a brief because it makes them look guilty.

My advice would be in all cases to have some form of legal representation. I have interviewed loads of people when I was a plod. As I was happy to be a plod and wanted no promotion, I dealt with things to get to the truth. There were some Constables who I would not trust to treat anything fairly and considered anyone on the other side of the table as a criminal. This in order to get a good clear up rate and be a golden boy. This was a long time ago. I suspect it is very different nowadays as I served at a time when discretion was all and not results driven.

I will leave it at that.
