Welcome to the Army Rumour Service, ARRSE

The UK's largest and busiest UNofficial military website.

The heart of the site is the forum area, including:

  1. Attorney General Baroness Scotland said that while soldiers who gave evidence in the public inquiry into Baha Mousa's death and the torture of 10 other detainees could not implicate themselves, evidence given by other witnesses could still lead to their prosecution.

This will have to be locked and might be a duplication (I did a search) but I am so pis*ed at the constant dripping on that I needed to vent a bit. Why the hell was this thing not done properly in the first place? Yeah - I know - it's one of those questions that cannot be answered.
