Yet another press up - sit up queston

Hi,

I was wondering what a good target for the 2 min press up/sit up thing would be ? Obviously I will work my ass off and get as many as I can but I was wondering how many is enough ?

500 sit ups per minute is a good target.

If you are unable to do this it means your body is weak and homosexual.

Try using one of those search type tools you fucking tool.

Strangely enough I am also a tough guy in real life who wears the stench of avgas and slipstream as a macho aftershave.

I'll wager you use hair products and your clothes have a whiff of vanilla about them.
