WW2 is full of plot holes

Welcome to the Army Rumour Service, ARRSE

The UK's largest and busiest UNofficial military website.

The heart of the site is the forum area, including:

  1. Taken from another board, but no doubt will raise a few laughs. Certainly that board had great fun taking the pish out of this so called world 'war'.

    squid314: Stuff

  2. Hmmm. It's either the work of genius by someone who is incredibly bored or it's been written by the worlds biggest geeky fuckwit.
  3. Probably the latter I would think.
  4. I gave up at the words 'Babylon 5' and decided to come down to this little box and tell you so. The writer is probably a blogger and if so I hope his hands drop off.
  5. It's CHILDRENS TV FFS, not a Phd in military history
  6. I'm going with "work of genius". For those of you who didn't get past the Babylon 5/Dr Who rant (and seriously, the OP needs to remember those shows are aimed at children!), the rant about the History Channel is class, and has some very valid points! :D

    a bored Geeky Fuckwit?
  8. Then again...

If WW2 had been a movie series you would have to agree with his view. We've all torn plot lines to shreds - especially where anything to do with any military tactics or history is involved. It's a well thought out piece as long as you only read it as a movie review.
