Would you pay this price to eat this sh*t?...

know we've had ' discussions' about ' exotic foodstuffs' before.. but no one ever said that eating weird ' ethnic ' foods had to be at the cost of a bank loan..
so I got to ask.. who'd pop for a plate at this price?

Next to Caviar - the staple of the idle rich who have no compunction at spreading fish eggs on crackers and scarfing down the unborn, the White Truffle is the most expensive food in the world clocking in at a price of $ 1,200 to 5,000 US a kilo..
the taste of this ' delicacy ' is described as resembling a mix of " methane gas, garlic, soil with a hint of honey, yeast and mushtoom "

while not stooping to McD's cuisine, I can think of a thousand other things to put in my mouth than a fungus that costs more than my monthly car expenses.

Mr Happy

You should try the food at Cafe Omaha on Omaha Beach, Normandy. 16 EUR for a fatty horse steak with clear!!! clear I say peppersauce. And soggy chips.

And then the bill came with tax added at the end. Fckrs.

Give me Caviar or give me death...
