  1. Just looking for some advice, been deferred for 12 months for an ankle sprain I had last year, spoken to my doctor, he reckons it's a ridiculous amount of time for what was a simple sprain, just thought I'd ask those in the know wether it's worth appealing?

  2. If the ankle works 100%, appeal.
    If it doesn't, don't.
If you appeal, get your own doctor to provide his own written opinion in support, sent direct to your recruiter.

    Good luck

  3. Why are you asking an internet forumn a question only you and your GP can answer???

If your GP thinks its worth appealling against get him to support documents to appeal against it and let the SMO make the final decision.
