World War II Broad Arrow Cleaning Rod - A.C.R. 2?

I have what seems to be a single piece World War II cleaning rod without the corresponding brushes or jag (see photographs attached).

It clearly has a broad arrow stamp but the most similar rod I can see on Google is a 5 piece rod for a for a 0.50 Browning M2HB Machine Gun (see link CLEANING KIT FOR 0.50 BROWNING M2HB MACHINE GUN).

My rod is also stamped with "A.C.R. 2." (2nd Armoured Car Regiment?)

Can anyone tell me what the stamps signify and where I might track down a set of brushes that fit it.
