@rmn do you notice that FI seafood have a glut of these? Still in date(until the end of the month anyway) £5 a box.
The result of no tourists or cruise ships.

Have you tried them? I'm not sure whether my stomach can handle in date food!

Had the slices which were superb.
These are the fillets.
They have 400boxes to get rid of before Thursday.
And then will have more to shift before the next batch run out in September

A fantastic soldier, a credit to the Falkland Islands Roulement Infantry Company and 1SCOTS GUARDS. Always cheerful, always smiling, often playing in horrendous Antarctic winter conditions including a blizzard. Piped at every single 40th Commemoration event. A credit to the Army, Scotland, Defence and SCOTS GUARDS. An exemplar soldier. You are already missed here. Good luck with your new house move.

It's a driech night as they say back home.
A Northernly wind combined with a high tide meant waves breaking over the sea wall onto Ross Road.
What better way to while away a wet evening than a wee bit of Lego engineering.

That's all fun and games until you have to take all those Lego apart and try to avoid leaving any bricks on the carpet as smol plastic punji sticks for the errant foot to trod on.
