Welcome to the Army Rumour Service, ARRSE

The UK's largest and busiest UNofficial military website.

The heart of the site is the forum area, including:

  1. It is my sad duty to relate that WO2 'Mickey' Duckett 5RRF , passed away in Wargrave Hospital Coventry today.

    Details to follow.

RIP Duckster, never a better Signals Instructor.
  2. Absoloutely gutted to hear this, I knew Mickey Duckett when he was a Staff Sergeant and subsequently WO2 and Regimental Signals Instructor during my time in the Warwickshire ACF. I know he was well thought of during his time in the Fusiliers also. RIP old fella, Security, Accuracy, Discipline. (He would of laughed at that!)
  3. Yes he was Skinn and thank you. I will say one evil thing of the dead ..That b*stard canal cruiser of his we had to drag upstream as it was "character building" :D
