Wisdom of the Ancients: East vs West

#1
think I know what path I will follow for enlightenment

Tomoji Tanabe, age 113, of Japan claimed his secret for long life was to drink milk every day, not smoke or drink and read the newspaper to keep his mind active.

Henry Allingham, age 113, WWI veteran declared his secret was cigarettes, whisky and wild, wild women.

Choose Wisely....

Well, I'm allergic to milk, so..............hard choice.

That reminds me of that joke where the young lad goes and sits next to a frail lookin old guy on the park bench.
He asks whats your secret to a long life?
"Beer, fags, women, kebabs", says the old guy
"That is amazing" says the young lad, "does it really work? How old are you then?"
26, says the old guy
