Came across Wion, an online news channel based in India, along the lines of Al Jazeera.
Some interesting content, unbiased, with reporters dotted around the world.

These are the ones who've been doing a fair bit of reporting from Kabul recently. Their anchorwoman is a bit hectoring though, like some Birmingham auntie telling her kids how it is.

I found that channel on YouTube a few days ago, funnily enough. The first video I saw is below:


In terms of 'what is Wion's agenda?', they don't think the Chinese are a great bunch of lads, to put it mildly. Regarding the video above, there are potential explanations for the events, other than those implied by Wion. However, I hadn't heard or read any other coverage of the events, so Wion is a least focusing on different things. As long as you don't invest heavily in it, a different perspective can be interesting.
