Dateline Chicago: Sushi at the Moto restaurant often contains no fish.. It is prepared on a Canon 1560 inkjet printer [ the very same model I have attached to my home computer - wow!!] Exec Chef Homaro Cantu prints images of maki on pieces of edible paper made of soy beans and cornstarch, using organic, food-based inks of his own concoction. He then flavours the back of the paper [ used to ordinarily put photoimages on birthday cakes ] with powdered soy and seaweed seasoning... Yum!!!
