Out the front door, now in the back door, but might go out the front with a deal, side door with out.
Or the revolving door if no one can makeup their mind up.

Hmm, Haix monitoring efficiency by public shaming and conformity to the specified ideal.... Not a good look for a Germany company...

Too soon in the thread to ask if it is linked to a snappy work/life balance motto?
Linked to bonuses. Very good ones on top of a very good wage, so everyone was operating at over 100% to qualify for their bonus and they could check to see how they were performing.

One at around 60% was noted as being in meetings and another who had less than fifty was taken out back and beaten. :D

Interesting though, they also use it for welfare. If someone isn't performing, it's the first indicator of potential personal problems, etc, which the company moves very quickly on.

Roger Scruton: An apology for thinking | Coffee House

We in Britain are entering a dangerous social condition in which the direct expression of opinions that conflict – or merely seem to conflict – with a narrow set of orthodoxies is instantly punished by a band of self-appointed vigilantes. We are being cowed into abject conformity around a dubious set of official doctrines and told to adopt a world view that we cannot examine for fear of being publicly humiliated by the censors. This world view might lead to a new and liberated social order; or it might lead to the social and spiritual destruction of our country. How shall we know, if we are too afraid to discuss it?

If you want a positive example of how a (German) company cares for its employees, look up "Rosenthal Porzellan" in Selb.
