Knew a singly once that was the registered carer for their Dad. After a pile of paperwork got a quarter etc. Took a while as it was outside the normal parameters but achievable. Again caused a few letters on posting but do able.

Also seen a few converted Quarters for wheelchair access etc but may lead to static posting.
