Wheelchair man - Afghan boy creates superhero

I debated where to put this, but I have a suspicion it's going to get dragged down to gutter level (an area I aspire to reach sometimes)

I was going to type up a nice rags to near death to wonderful life story, but it's covered on the BBC site.

Wheelchair man: Turning myself into a superhero - BBC News

Mohammad Sayed was abandoned by his family in Afghanistan after his house was bombed and he was left paralysed. Now he has become a US citizen, and designed a comic book superhero - Wheelchair Man - based on his own life story.
My mother died when I was between five and six years old, I don't know the exact year, but I think it was around 2002.

Eleven days later I was seriously injured. It was so traumatic that I don't really like to go into the details

My father took me to a hospital that day and never came back for me, so I had to take care of myself
maybe we need our own superhero (and not just recycle The Brown Bottle) however as this kid got in with wheelchair man first, which arrser should be our arrseman/maiden? what would his/her/it's powers be?
failing that just take the piss out of the kid in the chair.

I'll leave my vote with Dingerr for his triumph over adversity.
Plus hes a record breaking athlete, holds high jump and long jump records.

Though there is some talk of him being chemically assisted.

@Bugsy, Socialist Benefits Boy, sweeping aside the evils of capitalism with one swipe of his P45, that is if he could be bothered to drag his arrse out of bed.

What about Trumpman and his round them up van and free con air trips home?
