  1. I've heard from loads of people that Wheatabix are really good with regular muscle work.

    But... What do they actually do that beneficial to a workout?

  2. well, if you do a lot of working out, then if you do not eat you will get weak and eventually starve to death. Wheatabix will prevent this from happening.
  3. Are you already in the Army or training / building yerself up to join ? Im assuming planning to join ! Weetabix in the army - yer only allowed 2 at breakfast so probs best to stuff yer face with everything else lol !! :twisted:

    I eat two for breakfast, do they actually have any nutritional greatness for the old muscles?
  6. Just long term energy. Decent carbs aswell rather than being heavy in sugars.
  7. if you want to get massive before joining then take steroids while you can! :D

    alternatively there are three ways to lose weight if thats what you are after:

    1.do lots of running wearing a black binbag under your clothes
    2.take loads of speed and go raving every night
    3.throw up after ever meal

    They are health and safety checked if it makes you feel better!
