  1. Found an odd bag in a Surplus store a few days ago. Can anyone tell me what it is designed for? (other than 'to carry a thing')

I'd like to know what the thing is/was.

It has loads of metal grommet holes in the lid and outer, and a mesh base.

I didn't buy it. Just curious.

  2. If it is at least 36 inches high x 24 inches wide its definately been designed to carry my make-up in.
  3. Some sort of radio bag?
  4. Sorry, my typo. 8465 correct

I thought that, but most radio bags I've seen are of a more robust construction and with stiffener boards in the back. This has none.
