It's ok mate...I'll not report you for sarcasm, insults, off topic ranting or a personal point of view. You know why? Because it makes absolutely no fekin difference at all... I doubt that Barnier or Boris will be looking in here to pick up a few tips.

We can scream hysterically all we want... but only I will get to say, I told you so. :)

Keep digging that hole. The remain camp cringe every time you hit the post reply button. You're doing an excellent job of making remainers look like moonscreeching bellwhiffs who don't understand democraacy.

Flag Office Sea Training, it’s who puts ships and crews through their paces to make sure they are fit to go to sea, to deploy and fight.

It’s a necessary balls ache.
Fleet Operational Sea Training now - they've undergone a bit of reorganisation and rebranding recently.

Same thing.
Now that is just typical of you. Your mistake has been pointed out and you cant bring yourself to acknowledge it. You just belittle yourself - which is a shame.

Interesting . In our neck of the woods - or, rather, just over the border, a rural area - they are very much on the side of Brexit, anti-Macron and the 75-bubble in general. Marine is a poster girl.
The General Secretary of Rassemblement National, Nicholas Bay, an MEP, had this to say in the Express:
"The media caste was unanimous, and the political class was not far from it.
...
“Since then, without having been disturbed by the result, most of the French media have continued their fake news: they persist in portraying Brexit as a disaster and the United Kingdom as solely responsible for the situation.
“Turning his attention to the UK's decision to quit the EU, Mr Bay added: "I think France is in a very special situation vis-a-vis Brexit.
"First of all, the French media propaganda during the British referendum was appalling.
"We were predicting the apocalypse in the event of a Brexit victory, we announced the 'no' as a sure thing.
"The European Commission has never been criticised.“

Naturally, there will be many who plead the ‘Keeler Defence’ to that.
My brother is very, very anti Macron and socialist to the core*. Does not stop him joining Macron though in his condemnation of Brexit as France are really seeing the cost now, and there will be a cost to the EU, which they don't like.

*Mind you he also hates it when I point out that he is a bit of a 'Champagne Socialist' with four properties around France in central Paris, centgral Lyon, the Dordogne and Normandy with more due in inheritances from his wife's side of the family! His son is also a director of a Merchant Bank - very socialist. But he still thinks that he is with the worker! :)

@Brotherton Lad OK, My Bad, just googles FOST and see it has indeed been changed to Fleet Operations in May this year; whereas Flag Officer is now COMFOST. A downgrading of the post from Flag Rank to Commodore.

My sincere apologies.

Pay attention BL's friend the Chief Swiss Admiral of the Grand Fleet told him. Or you know, Google.

I'll be checking on their welfare in an hour or two.

Have a nice day.
I doubt that you hold that sort of responsibility to our O/Cdts.

I'll enquire amongst those I've sent there, and are currently still undergoing training, if there's a p*ss stained OAP living in the 1960s moving around the place like a dementor sucking the modernity out of them.

If you really want blue sky thinking about what’s next for the EU, how about but Eirexit being a possibility?

In a scenario where UK devolution approaches an end state of an independent Scotland and Wales, wouldn’t a “British Economic Community” of England, Wales, Scotland and Ireland be a logical conclusion?
I prefer the idea of a Northern Economic Community, with the four UK nations plus Norway, Portugal, Sweden and Denmark. Possibly adding Holland and Germany but never France, former Eastern Bloc countries or Club Med.

Sorry you cannot use the term “handbags” anymore.

Some context:
Seems some footy commentator mentioned two players had a wee scuffle, or handbagging as he put it.
Sacked on the spot because someone complained about his use of the term.
