When the EU finally 'internally combusts' the Irish will ask for a deal with us. We should be magnanamous. We should hold out our hand for a Union - no mention of the past, whats done is done. The new nation should be named from the current names of the two countries - shared pro-rata with us having first dibs as we are the more weatlhy.

We shall pick the first four letters.....Brit and the Irish can have the last three 'ish' There you go, now we are all British...that's what a proper united Ireland should look like.

Unfortunately, the new union flag is most likely to have to look like this:View attachment 451789
Leave it out. We are already trying to get rid of the Scots and Northern Irish. We dodged a bullet when we got rid of those bog trotting peasants in 1922.

Now now, no need for that.
We can plan another bridge, from Wales this time.
Fishguard to Rosslare looks good.

What about freedom of movement?

Perhaps they should time limited, one time use 'hand-brake'.
Can you imagine the howling if Boris and Prtti did the same thing.

Well the advantage of the 'new Fleg' is that it accommodates the Scots having left..............nae bloo.

All we've got to do to get rid of the Scots is give them the referendum they keep belly-aching for. And if they don't come up with the right answer, another one til they do.

Maybe we wait and see who takes over from Sturgeon. She must be on borrowed time?

Rethinking is going on, just behind the scenes.
Just started in Paris is the Salon d'Agriculture, a national farmers show that every President since Asterix just has to be seen at, pressing flesh and listening to gripes.
Mainly a time for soundbites and photo-opportunities though.
Now rewind back just a couple of days to see that the very same said President summoned the editors of a number of rural French newspapers for a selected audience to report where he thought the agricultural industry should be heading.
A double spread (of propaganda) over two pages was then reported.
Just before the most important event in the calendar for farmers here.
Coincidence?

The times they are a changing, and I cannot think of a single group of workers and voters he has not pissed off yet.
French farmers are not to be fcuked with, they take no shit from anyone.
(They just dump many tons of it on your house/office doorstep)
This was what they thought of the Canada deal

Good luck EU
They sound like a great bunch of people.

Surprised at Luxembourg. But then perhaps not, given their “economy” is based entirely on offering money launderers somewhere to evade tax.
Judging by the price of coffee and cake there a couple of months ago, the money laundering is paltry small change.

I reckon Mrs Specop and i funded their entire defence, police, health and education budget 2020-21 over a cafetière and a couple of chocccy pastry things .

They make the Austrians look like Lidl.

Maybe pissing off these groups is what's needed, and he's prepared to be the fireship in the harbour... farmers all over the West have been pampered too long. They're on the public tit, they should do as they're fuķcing told.
