What is the score with this new system? Seems rubbish to me. How do I get in contact with people in London District?
I actually think the system is pretty good. It could be a great time and paper saver.

The main problem is that, for it to be truly effective, every unit will need to have a computer and broadband connection on site to make it work properly.

That MAY happen, but it's quite some time off (if ever).
I just think the old system was fine and trying to get accountablility for the system (getting someone on the phone to speak to) who has a clue on how to use it is a nightmare.

In an ideal world it could work but ithen again n an ideal world they would be not poverty.
