The heart of the site is the forum area, including:
Norfolk runners complete Virgin London Marathon - News - Eastern Daily Press
A job well done and a credit to the armed forces.
I like to see an amputee complete the Marathon. Means I don't have to do one.
Well done, shows that we're not all spackers!
Well done that man. It must have been very hard to run past all those barriers rather than stagging on them
At first I was going to cry Walt and Fake because as is well known on this site, the RAF Regiment never go anywhere dangerous..apparently
But then I found this... Gunner Overcomes War Injury
Well done that man!
It's good to see that lads are pushing on and not getting bogged down .. I'd like to think that of the worst happened I could do the same
Good effort that man.
Yep, I turned into a right fat knacker after leaving (in fact I was becoming one in my last year or so) & I don't even have any serious injuries beyond the usual dodgy knees, back & shoulder that most of us acquire.
I admire all of these blokes, even Apes ( ) for their spirit in the face of adversity.
