Welcome to the Army Rumour Service, ARRSE

The heart of the site is the forum area, including:

If the medals by each user haven't changed to show poppies, please press CTRL and F5 together and as if by magic ARRSE will become a brighter place.

  2. I'm impressed! I was expecting my laptop to blow up then!!

  3. Yea was expecting this Works IT system to thow a wobbler.

    Cheers boss

  4. How Clever! Nice one GCO.

  5. That hasn't worked for me. :(

I guess one has to do something different on a Mac?

Do a search for the mac equivalent - you're looking for a full page refresh.

  7. Thank you, Good CO. :D

I now have a poppy in my medal block. :D

EDIT: It happened before you posted.
Didn't have to do anything. :D

  8. Though only users with five medals seem to have the poppy. :?

    Those with 2 or 4 medals (or a flashy medal for donations - e.g. rickshaw-major) don't seem to have a poppy. 8O

  9. For all fellow Mac users out there,

In order to do a full page refresh, hold down the [Shift] key as you click on the Reload/Refresh button on your web browser.

  10. There's loads with less than 5 medals with poppies on, you just have to find them, I found one with one medal which is now a poppy :D BTW, cheers to the COs for doing this.
    Bovvy, here's proof :- http://www.arrse.co.uk/cpgn2/Forums/viewtopic/t=109217.html

  11. It seems to work for those with an ODD number of medals - e.g. 1,3 and 5. And therefore a middle medal.

  12. Nope - cos ProntoMike Uniform has a poppy, and he has 4 medals.

  13. See edited post above

  14. Not in his medal block he don't. :p

  15. Like I said above, saintstone:

Those with 2 or 4 medals don't have a poppy. (Nor do those with a flashy donation medal.)
