War Surgery in Iraq and Afghanistan

I subscribe to the New York Review of Books and one of my December issues contained a wonderful review of 'War Surgery in Afghanistan and Iraq: A Series of Cases, 2003–2007' and four other related books. I also subscribe to NYRBs archive so I have an electronic copy of the review which I have saved as a Word doc. At just over three and a half thousand words it is a fantastic read, so if anyone would like a copy please PM me with an email address and I'll send it on. Please put 'War Surgery' in the email topic bar so I know it's you guys.

PS For those nervous about handing out their e-mail address to a black dress wearing, roll mat fighting former booty you can always create a temporary account at Hotmail, Yahoo, etc :D
I've sent several copies of it but I'm now off to the pub. I'll check my PMs when I stagger in tonight.

Those who have read the review, any thoughts?
