If any Arrsers have any old RAF memorabilia they want to get rid of please let me know. I have a feeling it might be worth putting on Ebay in a few years time.

    See my ad below:

    Ravers RAF Memorabilia Shop.

Awesome. All this shite is gonna be worth a fortune pretty soon!

Just look at all that crap they managed to salvage from the Titanic and how much that's worth, same with Nazi memorabilia.

This time in 10 years I'll be millionaire!
  8. For those with slightly gay tendencies:
I've been searching for an old copy of 'Biggles Flies Undone', but can't get one anywhere. :D

  9. yeah....but .....no....but......who in their right mind will buy it!! The Brylcream brigade will all have their own old kit to play dress up in and everybody else would be...well......not interested! It'd be like a kid playing dress up and dressing as something dead good like...the gas man, or a bus conductor!!

That's what they said in WW2 when none of the cool kids wanted to dress up in Nazi gear.

Now look at them, they are everywhere and the gear is worth a fortune.

Re-enactment societies and collectors of the future will be killing each other to get their mitts on this crap. :)
  11. yeah but nazis had a kind of 'coolness' about them, being all nasty and stuff and skinning folks to make purses and shit!! What's so cool about chinos and cocktail parties??
And what's to re-enact....sitting in the orificers Loinge waiting to be 'scrambled'?? Pfft....at least you could watch jeremy kyle at the same time i suppose!
  12. I did find this quite rare photo of an RAF drill pig.
