  4. It seems odd that your company should win such a contract,without-at least-having access to the staff you need?

     
  5. We do, however there is a large number of individuals currently working through agencies who are not on the contract and will consequently have limited opportunites to work once the contract goes live who we would be interested in working with.

  6. So wouldn't your contract allow you to have their details so that you could contact these locums direct at the med centres? Seems odd your looking for them here?!
