Welcome to the Army Rumour Service, ARRSE

The UK's largest and busiest UNofficial military website.

The heart of the site is the forum area, including:

  1. In July I will have waited a year for my intake date. I have also been info'd by the recruiting office if I don't receive my intake date before August I will have to start the whole process again. Surely as I have passed all my test the delay should not be this long...
  2. what grade did you get at adsc
  3. Depends on your ADSC grade as well as the manning requirements of your chosen Corps I suspect.

As stated above, it will depend on the score you got at ADSC. If for example you got a 'C' grade and wanted RMP you will have more chance of platting fog than getting a place in Phase 1.

Your recruiters are also correct that you will have to do things again. Your pass is valid for 12 months. If you get a Phase 1 place witin 24 months you can do a shortened 1 day ADSC, if not you start the process again. However your BARB, medical etc will need to be done again regardless as they are valid for 12 months maximum.
