  1. Hi, i'll hopefully be doing Wainwrights coast to coast walk, from St. Bee's in Cumbria to Robin Hood Bay in....Somewere in the North East...in seven days. Its around 191 miles so its just over a marathon distance every day for a week. I know of a couple of guys who've done it and was wondering if any ARRSEr's have done it or could offer any advice?

Its a charity thing, I want to run for Help for Heroes and a local charity, and it's something that I think would capture people's imagination because i'm far from an endurance athlete, more of an endurance piss-pot! It's in the planning stages at the mo, but as I say, any input or advice would be hugely appreciated. Cheers.
