I still had my first and only issued 2 pair when I left after 7 years. My nearest and dearest chucked them in the bin. They were a fond reminder of FTXs in Germany and OPs in NI. Cow!

At JLR RAC in 1975, we were issued one pair of these pattern shreddies, and another "boxer" style in a sort of 3rd world Airtex material. I don't think I ever wore either pair.

My good lady wife has just looked over my shoulder. and told me that no-one gives a rat's about my khaki skivvy memories - thanks Honey; you're a treasure! (One day I'll bury you and forget where I put the box)
