To celebrate Veterans Day, the Centenary of the Territorial Army and The Pipers' Trail a series of events are taking place in Edinburgh on 26 July 2008. This will feature The Pipers' Trail, Veterans, members of the Territorial Army and local pipers. 14.00 - 16.00: Stalls in Princes Street Gardens featuring Veterans Associations 1800: The Pipers Trail play "Jamie's Story" starts at Ross Band Stand in Princes St Gardens 22.30: Saltire of light to switched on, illuminating the nights sky over Edinburgh Castle All events are free and are open to the general public.
