  5. Now we're cooking with Gas!

Let's stay in contact with Clarksons PA over this, lets get him and Joanna out to the Messess, and let's get the Brigade of Gurkhas some major air time while the Iron is most Certainly going to be Hot!!
  6. [help mode on] in case anybody didn't get that oblique reference, jeremy clarkson married Maj Robert Cain VC's daughter Francie. :)
  7. :D Interesting this is getting re-shown..

...anyone would think there was a campaign going on!
  8. You'll be letting on that Bambi's mother gets shot next.
  9. was that a "spoiler alert" or a "saying something obvious" alert? cos i didn't think it was that widely known, sorry...

and i have no idea if it's mentioned in the programme, i haven't seen it yet.

(by the way - bambi's mum gets reincarnated in Bambi 2)
  10. Ah. Sorry. It was a spoiler thingy as it's pretty much the climax of the programme when he reveals it at the end.

I know it's been on twice before but obviously some people haven't seen it or wouldn't know of the connection between the pair.
  11. oh right, sorry about that :) just thought it was an interesting bit of trivia.

should i go back and edit it out?
  12. Wouldn't bother, Santa_S's post is still there anyway.
  13. No doubt you'll recogise a few friends there Brigadier
