  1. On the BBC news tonight about a little 5 year old boy, Jack Brown, suffering from Neuroblastoma, a rare form of cancer which has spread to his bones. The NHS does not have the money nor expertise to treat him; so his family has upped sticks and decamped to the USA to seek the assistance he desperately needs. His parents are Det Sgts in the Metpol, and are seeking assistance to the tune of £750,000 to save his life. I would urge you all to Google 'Jack Brown' and log onto his website. I have absolutely no connection with Jack, (other than being a copper like his dad) but I was moved to tears by his plight. So spread the word and dig deep if you can - we can make a difference to a litle boy's life.
