How many men had gone through this selection process with less instruction, build up phases and supervision but hadn’t gone man down? Something out of the ordinary has occurred and it isn’t gross negligence of the staff.
Plenty, and if it was one bloke then you'd have a point. But when a Pl(-) worth of blokes go down and there are multiple fatalities, it's quite hard to put that down to individual error.
