A state of collapse is a perpetual state of Ukrainian government since 2004; it's just that it was never reported in the West in order to preserve an impression of orange bunch as popular, democratic and competent.

No news, really... Unless US is decided to start major provocations and is planting a seed of thought that Russia is going to use this particular "crisis" to pounce. When in actual fact Russia is now reached some understanding with Timoshenko on the issues of Sevastopol, gas and perhaps even certain rights of South-East population of Ukraine. Understanding which infuriated Yuschenko, alarmed the US and prompted the visit of Dick Cheney to Kiev.
