The heart of the site is the forum area, including:
Hang about am I pissed? they are taking on 4? wtf use will 4 be? please bat me round the head, fking RAF
See, we don't need aircraft carriers.
Gate guardians at each of the RAF stations.
F-35B is pants - limited to 7G with minimal ordnance and minimal range because it has to lug an engine only used for take off and landing around with it on every mission.
they should have bit the bullet, bought the cats for the carriers and be able to operate the much better F-35C aswell as others on our carriers, and ours on theirs.
honestly PIMHs, I could understand taking 100 on or something but ffs.....but mybe you have a point with Gate Guards
Brilliant. Best laugh today
So, four aircraft on a carrier. Atlantic Conveyor....
You don't understand the concept of trials aircraft then? Four aircraft isn't the UK's whole planned purchase.
The HMS Queen Elizabeth, in an official MoD publication! Really?!
F2. Double sigh.
Shouldn't the F-35 be the Lightning III in British service?
We will probably call it something snappy like, double glazing!
