  1. Just a very quick question for any claims gurus out there. I am currently on resettlement and have a job interview on Tuesday morning. Unfortunately, I am away from my duty station because of a family bereavement and have been unable to complete the necessary paperwork for a rail warrant. If I travel from my present location by train to attend the interview am I eligible to claim the costs back via JPA? It will amount to no more than £20.

    Many thanks in advance

  2. If you use a GRT warrant, will this not mean you lose a day's GRT which may be worth a lot more than £20 to you.

I also thought that we didn't use warrants any more, but the EBIS system which means you can just pick up the ticket from any automated machine once you put a debit card into the machine (it doesn't charge you - honest !!)
  3. Good luck with the interview!
