At the risk of this being a wah I'll give a serious answer. I went the other way, though I went from RA to Inf while at Pirbright.

You'll need to speak to your DS and make sure you have good reasons for transferring just saying it's shit won't do.

Also have a good think about what trade you'd like to do and hope that with the Army being fully manned that there'll be space for you in your chosen trade.

DRIVER/COMMUNICATIONS SPECIALIST is the way ahead dont get sucked into being a stinking flatliner (driver).
At the moment there are very few vacancies in the RLC we have got infantry that transferred over months ago and can't get get on a basic supplier course until June.
Unless you can be an AT, I'd think very carefully about transfering over we are not as desperate as we were for manpower.

Is that because half the Commonwealth is serving there?
probably, because they consistently get high enough GTI scores for the technical trades...

....as somebody once said to me, any mong can fire a rifle and run up a hill.....

Funny that. Most Paras score enough on their GTI score on enlistment to join any unit they wish. If you think all the infantry do is fire rifles and run up hills it proves what a fucking retarded cock you are.

Oh dear, you've obviously never been a section 2 I/ c on a section attack. Most of the commonwealth soldiers in the RLC are mongs , that suck through there teeth and think discipline is racism, give me any infantry man any day .

After a quick look at your past it appears that at best your TA RLC , and you have the view that Inf are mongs that carry a rifle and run up hills. You are a Cnut A first rate one at that.
