Training Trousers

Welcome to the Army Rumour Service, ARRSE

The UK's largest and busiest UNofficial military website.

The heart of the site is the forum area, including:

  1. We used to have cotton trousers that went with out training tops. They were pretty basic but good for winter running and we sold them for £5 a pair. Having left the regt and the PRI gone to worms, I'm keen to get some more - any suggestions?

You must be the only runner in the galaxy who doesn't own a pair of Ron Hill tracksters - £9.99 a pair.

Had mine 6 years, almost as good as new.

Excellent kit ( and NO, they're not old-fashioned or nerdy or dweeby or sad or anything else and NO they don't really come in flares for 70's throwbacks like me......just good, solid bit of kit)

Tights look okay on female runners( like the girl running in front of me with red knicks clearly visible through her blue spray-on tights at the Sandhurst 10K a while back!) - but are a sad mistake for guys.

Right...now cut along to www.runnersworld.co.uk and sign up for the Downton Half Marathon......
