Training before basic training

    Im looking at joining the paras and if all goes well i should be starting my basic training within the next 3-6 months, im at a fairly high level of fitness and am 18 years of age, What sort of training should i be doing? how long should i be running for and how fast pace? should i be running with weight?? any tips would be appreaicted!! thanks

    Turn off computer
    Go outside

    If you wanna get dressed somewhere between that, feel free =P

    On a more serious note, press ups, pull ups, sit ups, running various distances, hillWALKING with relatively low weight. Don't try and run with weight yet, you'll probably just injure yourself.
