Our client is a leading design and construction company. They provide a range of bespoke services to their prestigious client base in London. Due to continued expansion, they are now looking to increase their team of Site Managers and have a fantastic opportunity for 3 x Trainee Site Managers who will be based in London. My client is particularly keen on employing ex-military candidates with trade/construction/engineering/technical backgrounds. The successful Trainee Site Managers will undergo an intensive 6-month training/mentoring scheme and on successful completion of the training will be responsible for managing their own sites.
STARTING SALARY IS £36,000, RISING TO £40,000 ON SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF THE TRAINING, OPPORTUNITY TO GAIN ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS, PENSION SCHEME, MOBILE PHONE, LAPTOP, 20 DAYS HOLIDAY PLUS BANK HOLIDAYS PLUS 3 EXTRA DAYS FOR CHRISTMAS CLOSURE.
