    Long story short I have spent 3 years in an office exercising nothing but my beer arm.

    Any PTI's on here got a phys plan for PDT? Specifically for adjusting to tabbing with weight/Osprey? I am no stranger to a beasting and was rapid before this posting introduced me to Warsteiner.

    PM or thread response - either will be fine.
