I stuff marrow with what is more or less a bolognese sauce mix topped with strong cheddar & it works very well - low in carbs too.
As for tonight's fare; 'twas reheated haggis & mash from the night before last (chilled & reheated spuds = 50% less digestible carbs) with steamed carrots & french beans.
Washed down with a bottle of 2016 Sauvignon Blanc from NZ.
