Breakfast this morning. Scrambled eggs with chives from the garden. Smooshed fried potatoes from the garden. Tomatoes and mushroom from a shop.

Potatoes are 'Duke of York'. Taste nice, but go overboiled too quickly, and not very productive.

Tonight was weekend bbq leftovers. So a bit of a fusion.

Thai pork stir fry (unused pork fillets sliced and marinaded.) Peppers, onions and spring onion.
Served with leftover baked potatoes, sliced and fried in olive oil and piri piri seasoning.

Same here. We had cheesy topped Bubble and Squeek this evening, using up the leftover veg from last nights supper. No pic, as it didn’t look particularly attractive, but it tasted amazing.
