Tonight I cooked..........

I use a spoon of Dijon mustard, twice the amount of mayo and a big slosh of olive oil mixed together for potato salad. Doesn't need to be floating in the stuff, just coated in it. Handful of capers, boiled egg quarters, lardons and cornichons roughly chopped to finish. Squeeze of lemon.

Big handful of chopped parsley on top, black pepper and a pinch of salt.

The results of the soup after whizzing with the hand blender, it was lush, and went well with the rolls. Also just for shits and giggles I made some pork scratching as well. Benefits of living in the north and having access to loads of pork rind.

Leftover chicken breast turned into chicken sandwich. Chicken cooked with a bit of curry powder and balsamic vinegar and served in a garlic and coriander naan with a bit of sriracha sauce. Very tasty.
