I've amassed over time about a fortnight's worth of suppertime phood-fotos on my f-f-f-f-phone, but always seem to nod off before I get round to posting them. Mostly they're steak'n'chipz with sauces various /experimental
But this one was a corker on Sunday night last, and so fvcking easy-peezy it's barely believable:
1 x half-leg of baa-lamb
Some herbs'n'spices + salt
A couple of lemmings
Taters, Toms, Red Peppers an' a Red Bunion.
Sharp knife. Moderate oven. Some hours.
I give you Sunday night's Kleftiko. Plain, simple, luscious
