Tonight I cooked..........

I do enjoy fish and agree that it's expensive. I often buy more when on offer and freeze it. I'm losing my taste for meat unless it's well spiced. :(
Ditto.
I do like a good rib eye still, but nothing can beat a good ruby or singapore noodles spiced to feck.
Maybe it's an age thing and I've burned off all my taste buds.

I think that my taste buds are packing in and the rest of me is following bit by bit. :)

Pasta bake made with beef meatballs and an arrabiata tomato sauce, covered in cheddar and mozzarella cheese.

Another adventurous meal - steak pie, beans and Jersey Royals. There would have been carrots but they went all manky so I binned them.

Pigeon breast casserole. Mmmmmmmmmmm.
Or
Pigeon breast grilled with salad. Mmmmmmmmmmm.

Smoked salmon fillets (I had two as they were that small), on a bed of couscous, asparagus and broccoli.
Salmon £1.50 from Sainsbury's reduced shelf.
