I had to make do with Unicorn steaks with chocolate covered Peruvian ant eggs.
Nice, what cut were the steaks? I find the unicorn rump a bit on the tough side, unless it's well aged. I'm salivating thinking of those eggs on toast.

They were sirloin, rare, very nice with buttery mash with a sprinkle of Tibetan Yeti musk oil.

Garlic chicken and coriander curry. Very tasty, though I do say myself.

Having grown up on the Wet Coast of British Columbia, I can honestly tell you Sasquatch can be a bit gamey. Unless you manage to find a young, tender female. The males tend to be stringy

I bet you've had more than your fair share of stringy males.

I mean, it's not easy to find a young tender female anywhere . . . but the Wet coast, jeez :-(
