TMS not fit for purpose

I simply want to listen to a ball by call commentary. TMS has been replaced but Cricket Social. Basically, it is a lot of people on video who are just chattering in general about cricket, whilst there is an international match continuing in the background. The people on the vid are not identified, and I cannot recognise them.

So effectively TMS is so dysfunctional you cannot understand what is actually happening.

I wonder if BBC are not permitted to do a ball by ball commentary? If not, why? and what are the conditions of broadcast?

Even the scorecard is wrong - C Rashid B Rashid..... simply wrong. It was C Roy B Rashid.... if they cannot even get the scorecard right then there is something very wrong.

All in all a disaster.

" The BBC is desperately trying to keep its flagship Test Match Special alive by moving stars of the radio show on to a new online app after losing all of England’s major overseas tours for the next two years.

Jonathan Agnew, Michael Vaughan and Phil Tufnell have been told to stay in the United Kingdom to record the show away from the commentary box as part of a sneaky fightback against Talksport for the forthcoming tour of Sri Lanka."

Thanks for that, so presumably they cannot do a ball by ball commentary.

It was agonising to listen to. There was Dan Norcross, who is a bit of a throbber at the best of times, spouting off about something totally irrelevant, interceded by the comment "Oh Joe Root has been bowled" then on to the next bit of clap trap.

It genuinely not worth listening to. Did not know it was on talksport. I watched via a dodgy internet link which gave me intermittent video coverage, plus escorts available in my area, how to buy bitcoins and people telling me that my apple mac was under surveillance and locked. (Nice one lads, I dont have an Apple mac)
